Join Ride International Tours to experience a complete start-to-finish day of the 2027 Tour of Flanders race. With the Elite Men and Women competing on Sunday, our programme includes seeing both race starts, and race finishes it is a great day, filled with passion and atmosphere. We’ll confirm official details and timelines closer to the event.

Our Tour of Flanders Day tour will travel to visit the Mens race start, we’ll see the teams assembling, race sign on, cheer on the riders as they depart the start. We then remount into our waiting vehicles and and head to Oudenaarde for the Women’s start, and eagerly await both races to finish, either from our prime *VIP spot on the finish line (highly recommended, one of the best VIP options in Professional racing) or from the general admission area approx 100m from the finish line.

You’ll spend Tour of Flanders on a once in a lifetime experience as we follow the race start to finish.

Phil Anderson [former Australian professional cyclist] and Belgian local [former professional] Rudy Rogiers assisted to co-designed much of our Spring Classics tours. Rudy who co-hosts our 11 Day Tour finished an incredible second place at Paris Roubaix, in one of the muddiest editions of the race ever held in 1984.

Our combined experience allows us to see the race start and finish in prime spots, a truly unforgettable experience for any fan.

Tour of Flanders “Itinerary In Brief”

DAY 0

Day 0 – Pre Tour-Day: Saturday 3rd April 2027. TBC

Today is our suggested arrival day to Belgium. We highly recommend arriving the day prior to your tour start, arriving the day prior helps reduce travel stress, especially in regard to any transport connections you may have en-route, as you’ll have built-in some wiggle room should something not go to plan. The additional time you’ve allowed will also improve your adjustment to any time zone changes you’ve had. Win win.

Should you like an additional night at our Team Hotel contact us, we can add you to our group booking for our Team Hotel. Stay: Flanders region, Belgium [non-inclusion].

DAY 1

DAY 1 Tour of Flanders Day Tour – Sunday, 4th April 2027 TBC

Meet: 6.30am Meet at our Team Hotel, Kortrijk. Belgium

Pre Tour:

NB, if time permits in your travel program we highly recommend arriving at our Team Hotel the night prior (optional extra), arriving the night prior will dramatically assist in reducing travel stress for your early start the following morning.

About our day:

We’ll meet you at 6.30am in the lobby of our Team Hotel. Our Team Hotel is in Kortrijk, Belgium and positioned centrally to Kortrijk’s train station.

From Kortrijk, we travel in our team vehicles to the start town for the Men’s Tour of Flanders, it’ll be a buzz with the pre-race excitement, riders assembling, signing on for the race, and preparing at their team buses. Tour of Flanders race start area is a wonderful experience, we’ll feel all of the energy and the excitement as we cheer the riders off.

After the race start, we quickly remount into our vehicles for a fast-paced day chasing the race. We’ll head directly to the Women’s start are in Oudenaarde, and feel the energy of a Tour of Flanders start for the second time today. After the Women’s race departs we will head down and see the men’s race pass through Oudenaarde.

Oudenaarde is a fantastic place for any cycling fan to explore, with the close by cycling museum and large screens in the square showing the race live, the atmosphere is fantastic, helped by a specific mix of strong Belgian beer and Frites.

We will then head down to the finish area, where our VIP customers (highly recommended) will have access to the VIP area on the finish line, with complimentary food and drinks in the comfort of a covered marquee. General admission guests can head down to the grass area approx 200m from the line, with plenty of large viewing screens where we can watch the race unfold.

Après Race:

We experience the race presentation, podium celebration, then return to our vehicles.
We offer transfers back to our tour start Hotel in Kortrijk, and or the Kortrijk Train Station for those with onwards journeys. For planning purposes we generally we have guests to the Kortrijk Train station at around 7.30pm.
Suggested Post Race rehydration:

We are in Belgium, and after today’s race there is no better celebration than a cold ‘Kwaremount’ Beer.

Advance Bookings Tour of Flanders Day Tour:

We open up our Advance Reservations for trips so you can book well ahead. Guarantee your position by booking up to 12 months prior.

As our Tour of Flanders Day Tour sells out early each year, if you’d prefer to organise and book your trip further out than the dates, year we have listed, contact us via email or phone, we’ll arrange everything so you can make an advanced early booking.

Bookings for Tour of Flanders Day Tour are to be paid in full at the time of purchase to guarantee your position on the tour, due to the high demand, and strict policies of our partners, logistics suppliers etc for Tour of Flanders Day tour, our non-refundable policy applies to this single-day experience.

We highly recommend having Travel Insurance in place at the time of your booking, so that should something unforeseen occur to prevent you from attending the tour, you can consult your Travel Insurance provider to discuss your position [see travel insurance information in the following section, below]

If a trip fills – as it often does in the advance bookings, we create a waiting list and then offer reservations on a first-come, first-serve basis (based on the date the advance reservation was made) once our advanced booking guest have finalised.

Travel Insurance:

As a Ride International Tour participant, it is compulsory to have your own travel insurance. We recommend activating your travel insurance as soon as you’ve placed your booking deposit to ensure you are covered from the outset. Please ensure that your policy includes coverage for:

Cancellation charges
Medical expenses in the event of an accident or illness.
Baggage
Cycling activities and associated risks
Cycling equipment

We encourage each participant on our tours to contact your travel agent, and or travel insurance provider directly. Your travel insurance experts are best equipped to provide clarification, recommendations for best providers and or further information on the cover that suits your specific needs.

To cancel a reservation, a cancellation request must be submitted in writing via email. We can then supply you with documentation for you to forward onto your travel insurance provider, to confirm your position on a tour has been cancelled.

Final Payments:

Please Note: Our Tours, and various other tours operate in the “Peak European Travel Season” each year. Our tours take place in the regions, towns and city’s in the vicinity of the races, hence considered “Ultra Peak Season” by our suppliers.

Our suppliers engage their special conditions during “Ultra Peak Travel Season”, including non-refundable payments for bookings to secure the needs to operate our tours.

Our multiday tours require payment conditions which include a 50% tour progress payment once we supply our tour “Itinerary in Brief”. We forward your first progress payment invoice/s via email, these tour progress payments made to Ride International to secure your position/s on the tour are non-refundable by our suppliers.

Travel Insurance is compulsory for guests on all our tours, should you need to cancel your tour once your tour progress payment/s have been made, contact us via email to notify us of your intention to cancel. We can provide you with written confirmation that your tour position/s have been cancelled, this confirmation of cancellation can then be forwarded by guests onto your travel insurance provider for their consideration.

The balance of your tour payment/s is due no later than 150 days prior to your tour departure date, we will forward via email your final payment invoice for Multiday Tours. You can choose to make full payment earlier if you prefer to finalise your trip payment early, contact us and we will arrange for an invoice to be sent.

What if I have to transfer, change or cancel my multiday trip:
We understand you may not be able to go on your tour, you have the option to cancel, change or transfer due to personal or medical reasons if you’ve paid a tour advance booking deposit, and or it’s within 10 days of receiving your tour “Itinerary in Brief. Post the 10 day period after you have received your “Itinerary in Brief”, tour payments, progress payments are considered final, non-refundable. If you have a question give us a call or email.

Due to the high demand, limited hotel availability and the advance payments expected by our hotels, various suppliers, and restaurants we use, the following cancellation conditions apply to all of our trips.
