2026 Giro d’Italia Race Dates & Details:
Race Dates: Friday 8th May – Sunday 31st May, 2026
Race Start Location: 8th May, Bulgaria, Grand Partenza [start]
3 stages in Bulgaria, prior to the race entering Italy.
Race Finish Location: 31st May, Location: Rome.
Tour Dates & Details:
10 Days – 9 Nights.
Dates: Tour Dates, Sat 23rd May – Mon 1st June, 2026
Day 0: Friday 22nd May [Day 0 is our recommended arrival day to our Team Hotel] Hotel night non-inclusion.
Day 1: Saturday 23rd May. Tour Start
Days 2 – 9: We visit the race on multiple occasions, often riding sections of the Giro course ahead of the race. We ride in the regions of Milan, Lake Como, Dolomite Mountains, Italian Alps – Stelvio Pass and experience the final Giro d’Italia stage in Rome.
Day 10: 1st June. Tour Finish Location: Rome. Includes airport or train station transfer

STAY:
Personally selected chic 4 star, cycling-friendly hotels in the Milan region, Italian lakes, Dolomite Mountains, Italian Alps and Rome.
Ride:
Minimum of three guided, supported Daily Ride Options: Short, Medium, Long.
Rides range from: 35km [20 miles] -120km [75 miles] depending on the overall program of the day with Climbing: 300m [985ft] -1800m [5900ft] daily avg

Non-Cyclist:
We highly encourage non-cyclists, fans, or cyclists who like to ride a little and or join our non-cycling group on all our tours. Our Tour teams / staff are industry leaders in taking care of our n0n-cycling groups, or ensuring cyclists taking a day off the bike have many wonderful, varied regional and race interaction experiences. We have dedicated staff, guides to host the daily non-cycling program, race interactions, and cultural immersion experiences.

About Our Tour:
We’ll pick up the Giro d’Italia at various key points for the final 10 days of the race. We’ll take in many classic Giro d’Italia rides and locations in the beautiful Aosta Valley, Italian Alps, iconic lake districts and the stunning Dolomite Mountains including: The Stelvio Pass, Lake Como/ Cycling Chapel Madonna del Ghisallo, Passo Mortirolo, Monte Grappa, the Dolomite Mountains plus many more classic Italian rides to strategic race viewing points.
We’ll have a taste of what it’s like to be a pro rider, often in our day’s we’ll ride sections of the Giro d’Italia racecourse ahead of the race. Plus, we’ll be there to ride the final stage in the morning prior to seeing the final race stage
Our tour will conclude after a farewell breakfast, on the Monday morning after the Giro d’Italia finishes, we include a complimentary airport or train station transfer on this final day

About The Race:
The 109th edition of the Giro d’Italia is a three-week Grand Tour cycling stage race, the official race route announcement is set for Monday 1st December, 2025
Dates for the 2026 Giro d’Italia race are Friday 8th May – Sunday, 31st May. The Grande Partenza [Race Depart] will start in Bulgaria, with the Grand Finale stage set to be in the nations capital of Rome.
